  • Personalised training plan on Training Peaks based off periodic testing and feedback.

  • Race and Training Goal Setting.

  • Weekly voice note to cover;
    Review of previous weeks training.
    Explanation of upcoming week of training.
    Phone calls can be scheduled when needed.

  • Access to NewMeta educational webinar series

  • Lots of new technology like Whoop and Garmin have new features to track training. We can work with what you have available to make the most of the data you provide. Looking to upgrade or keep things under budget, we can offer advice here too.
